|Dow Lake||Dow Lake is in Canaan Township in Athens County. It encompasses 153 acres with 7 miles of shoreline. The lake lies within Ohio Division of Wildlife District Four(4).|
|Location||This small lake lies just northeast of Athens on County Road 20 and north of US Route 50. It is the next door neighbor of Strouds Run State Park.|
|Distance from Major Cities||Approximately 70 miles southeast of Columbus. Approximately 30 miles west of Marietta.|
|Fishing Opportunities||Dow Lake supports *Bluegill *Redear Sunfish *Largemouth Bass *Channel Catfish *Stocked Golden Trout.|
|Boating Information||The boat ramp on Dow Lake is on the north end with parking and picnic areas. Horsepower is limited to 10-hp.|
|State Management||The Division of Wildlife has instituted a slot limit for bass. Know the slot limit before you go bass fishing!|
