Deer Creek Reservoir Bass Fishing Report

Deer Creek Reservoir Bass Fishing Report

Well, Mother Nature has wore us down. This was our last trip out on the ProCraft this season. We chose to visit Deer Creek Reservoir again. It has been since spring that we have fished there. It was very windy, so we chose to hide back in the deep cuts. Just like Mogadore the other day, there were no weeds to be found, so we focused on logs and laydowns along the shoreline. The water was 52 degrees everywhere and stained green. We caught fish on a 2K Jigs white swim jig and a bait ball spinnerbait. Nice quality bass, too! Very light bite – thought the lure was coming through a branch. Thumbs up to Stark Parks for keeping a port-a-pot on site, too.
