Well, as water and air temperatures are sinking lower and lower, the time of year has come for us to hang up the rods & reels. Took the boat out to Mogadore for one last bass fishing hurrah on Saturday. Water temperature was only 47 degrees, as was the air. Most of the fish were hanging down at the bottom of the 12 – 15 foot range. Caught this chunky fish on a DT10. Boy, was his belly FULL!
Thank you, 2020! We had a GREAT Spring through Fall bass fishing many Ohio lakes this year – Portage Lakes, Lake Milton, Mosquito Lake, Tappan Lake, Deer Creek Reservoir, Alum Creek, Leesville Lake, Clear Fork Reservoir, Ohio ReCreation Land lakes, East Branch, West Branch and Seneca Lake. We already have a list ready for next year and look forward to visiting Indian Lake, LaDue Reservoir, Paint Creek Lake, Atwood Lake and Buckeye Lake for the first time!
Stay tuned, as we will be doing our research and sharing information about the latest trends in bass fishing over the winter – tackle, electronics, techniques and more!
