Lake Info & State Management
Delta Reservoirs #1 & #2 are in Fulton County. Reservoir #1 has 39 acres with 1.1 miles of shoreline. Reservoir #2 is 50 acres with 1.13 miles of shoreline. These reservoirs are in Ohio Division of Wildlife District Two(2).
Location ~ Both of the Delta Reservoirs lie one mile north of the village of Delta on County Road H approximately 1.5 miles east of State Route 109.
Distance from Major Cities ~ 22 miles west of Toledo. 65 miles north of Findlay. 35 miles northeast of Defiance.
Fishing Opportunities: Delta Reservoir #1 has been stocked with; *White Crappie *Channel Catfish *Bluegill *Largemouth Bass *Bullheads *Rock Bass *Northern Pike. Introduced through Bad Creek are *Carp and *Suckers. Delta Reservoir #2 was stocked in 1984 with; *Largemouth Bass *Channel Catfish *Bluegill *Yellow Perch *Walleye *Saugeye. Also found (via Bad Creek) are *Crappie *Bullheads *Carp *Suckers.
Boating Information ~ A boat ramp and parking area are located on the south side of Reservoir #2 off of County Road H. A small boat ramp is situated at the parking area on the south side of Reservoir #1. There is an electric motors only restriction.
The Division of Wildlife activities include ~ population monitoring ~ age and growth studies ~ angler harvest studies ~ water quality analysis.
