LaDue Reservoir is in Geauga County. This lake covers 1500 acres of fishing water with 20.4 miles of shoreline at normal level. It is within Ohio Division of Wildlife District Three.
Location ~ LaDue Reservoir is located in southern Geauga County approximately 30 miles east of Cleveland at the intersection of State Route 44 and US Route 422. State Route 44 crosses the upper part of the reservoir and runs along the west side while US Route 422 crosses the main section.
Distance from Major Cities ~ Approximately 30 miles east of Cleveland. Approximately 30 miles northeast of Akron. Approximately 35 miles west of the Ohio/PA border.
Fishing Opportunities ~ LaDue Reservoir supports populations of *Largemouth Bass *Bluegill *Yellow Perch *White and Black Crappie *Channel Catfish.
Boating Information ~ There is an electric motor only restriction on Ladue. There are two ramps located on the west side of the lake – one at the boathouse 1 mile east of SR44 and the other off of SR44 where it crosses the reservoir.
State Management,The Division of Wildlife activities include monitoring fish populations and water quality analysis. The DOW also stocks walleye in this lake.
