After having to use a “blow day” for the original tournament date on Saturday, April 20th, 39 teams headed out to fish the event on Sunday. The MVP of the event was the Lowrance Live Target units, which helped the top teams locate and catch the winning bags. Congratulations goes out to Team NIM #2, with Captain Joe Gibson and team mates Bryan Fisher and Tyler Berthold for the win with their 29.83 lb. bag of five walleye. They took home $4700 for their efforts. Just behind them was Team C’est La Fish led by Ciprian Donici with team mates Nick Olesky and Ron Leaton with their 28.98 lb. bag. They took home $2700 for their effort. In third place was Team NIM with MIke MIller, Cole Carlson and Old School Gun “Rattler”. They had a 28.14 lb bag of walleye worth $1000.
